Yes. Several times.
The players all played at once without waiting for turns, quarrelling all the while, and fighting for the hedgehogs; and in a very short time the Queen was in a furious passion, and went stamping about, and shouting `Off with his head!' or `Off with her head!' about once in a minute.
The Queen had only one way of settling all difficulties, great or small. `Off with his head!' she said, without even looking round.
All the time they were playing the Queen never left off quarrelling with the other players, and shouting `Off with his head!' or `Off with her head!'
`Well, I'd hardly finished the first verse,' said the Hatter, `when the Queen jumped up and bawled out, "He's murdering the time! Off with his head!"'
In the book it is the Queen of Hearts who says, "off with her head." In the 1951 Disney animation it is also the Queen of Hearts. In Tim Burton's 2010 movie it is Iracebeth, the Red Queen who says it.
The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland is the most famous person to say "off with his head."In movie versions, her character is often combined with that of the Red Queen, although she was originally an entirely separate person who first appeared in Through the Looking Glass."Off with his head" was also said by Queen Margaret in Shakespeare's play Henry VI. It is possible that this may be the original inspiration for Lewis Carroll's tyrannical Queen of Hearts.
I like a warm pig for my aching feet
The rhyme doesn't say if the Queen of Hearts is a professional baker, but as she has a full time job as Queen, she probably isn't, and just made the tarts for fun. Or because she was hungry. The Queen of Hearts she made some tarts all on a summer's day;The Knave of Hearts he stole the tarts and took them clean away. The King of Hearts called for the tarts and beat the Knave full soreThe Knave of Hearts brought back the tarts and vowed he'd steal no more.
from what I know, the queen is usually fat ( unless you have not read the books or watch the movies, you should NOT say something mean about others )

Off the top of their headS because they are plural. Multiple people have more than one head...
In the final chapters of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll, the Knave of Hearts is tried on the accusation of stealing some tarts made by the Queen of Hearts. The story ends before his trial is completed, but I think it fair to say that the case presented against him is quite weak. The knave of Heart stole the Queens tarts: "The Queen of Heart, she made some tarts, All on a summers day: The Knave of Hearts, he stole those tarts, And took them quite away!"
