In American English, "relentless" has a negative connotation. An attack can be relentless. An annoyance can be relentless. "To relent" is to "ease up" Although a native speaker may use "relentless" to describe something positive, it would require a figurative context and probably would mean something different from "You make me smile all the time."
In Farsi, you would say "تو منو خندوندی" which translates to "you make me smile."
