Anyone who can write can write a short story! Short stories are defined as between 2,000 and 7,500 words long. Go for it!
There aren't any websites that will write your story for you, but here are some links that will help you learn how to write your own short story.
open paint, the go you your folder go to pictures and find the one you want to drawl on and double click the picture.
Hmmm ... if you can't think of a middle I don't think you really want to write this story! Writers have the story basically plotted out in their heads before they start on it -- they may go back and change a few things as they go along, but usually they know the beginning, middle, and end already. My advice is to pick another story to write, one that you can see in your head before you get started! Here are some links to help out.
