How does scout relate to the mockingbird in To Kill a Mockingbird?

i would say she doesn't quite resemble the mockingbird, for shes not being misinterpreted very much.. but tom Robinson and arthur(boo) radley are the mockingbirds..... because they are seen through other's words. (mockingbirds sing other birds songs)
