This quote relates to the story because that's basically what the entire story is about. In that particular story it means that not all of society has to necessarily follow the rules their government sets for them. They are in a Dark Age where no form of intellectual means are used or even produced < like books :) > .
It relates because it means stand up for what you believe in and don't follow their wrong path, make your own rightpath for others in future generations to follow..........which was what Montag and Granger wanted to do.
Hope I helped!!!

Yes, you can use a quote as your research paper title. However, it is important to ensure that the quote is relevant to your topic and does not give a misleading impression of the content. Additionally, you should properly cite the source of the quote.
To properly format a direct quote from a source in an MLA paper, you should enclose the quote in quotation marks and include the author's last name and the page number in parentheses after the quote.
To properly cite a quote that has already been cited in a research paper, you should include the original author's name and the phrase "as cited in" followed by the name of the author of the paper where you found the quote.
To format a Chicago style block quote in a research paper, indent the entire quote 0.5 inches from the left margin, double-space the quote, and do not use quotation marks.
Citing a quote at the beginning of a paper is the same as through out. In APA style, a quote from a book is surrounded by quotations and followed by the author's name and date of publication in parenthesis. Example: (Smith, 2014).
