Alice's life is never really in danger, as she's just dreaming. However, most situations in whixh she finds herself are weird, and sometimes seem dangerous: falling in the bunny warren, or when she cries a whole lot, and then becomes small, or when she meets the Queen of Hearts, who's always happy to sentence someone to be beheaded.
As Alice's adventure in Wonderland is all just a dream, her life is never in danger during the course of the story.
However, her life might be perceived to be threatened on several occasions; for example:
When falling down the hole
After drinking the unknown liquid which is not marked 'poison'
While shrinking and not knowing if she wil go out altogether, like a candle
When she is trapped in the Rabbit's house and he decides to burn it down
Encountering the giant puppy, who might hurt her accidentally
When the Duchess says "Chop off her head!"
When the Queen of Hearts screams "Off with her head!" at the croquet ground
When the Queen of Hearts shouts "Off with her head!" at the trial
When the playing cards attack her at the trial
