How old does renesmee grow up to be?

Yes, Renesmee ages and grows rapidly. Since she IS half humman and half vampire.

She does though stop aging at some point. At around age 7 and is full grown and looks like she's 17. She is also immortal, even though her heart beats, she can produce tears, etc

Her growth will stop there and she'll physicaly stop changing. The other half human half vampire they found had said that in about 7-9 years he was physically around 17
