Scout says that "Atticus was feeble". Do you think that this is her view as she tells the story or her view when she was younger? Does she still think this after the events recorded in this chapter?

Although it isn't ever specifically said that they never shoot a mockingbird, I think it is safe to say they didn't. They are smart kids who respect their father. I believe that when he gave them a good reason not to kill a mockingbird, they took that to heart and avoided shooting one.
In a mockingbird they think they found a snake but to find out it is only Dill.

Scout's a girl, not a "he". At the beginning of the book, she's 6 years old; but of course she's grown up and is 8, I think, by the end of the book.

Just like it is considered a sin to harm a mockingbird, harming a defenseless person or creature would be equally wrong.
