First of all, the English version is called "Mew Mew Power" not "Tokyo Mew Mew Power". Second of all, 4Kids! only got the copyright to dub the first 26 episodes and didn't even release 3 episodes on TV. So there is no 2nd season of Mew Mew Power. currently there is no season two for Tokyo mew mew in anime and i don't think there is going to be a season two.

but in manga there is a season two called "Tokyo mew mew ala mode" it is like a continuation of Tokyo mew mew accept with new characters, enemies, and a whole new adventure.
