"Black Spirits". This was a song from Thomas Middleton's play The Witch which he added to Macbeth when he was asked to add some songs and cute witchy scenes, including all the ones with Hecate in them. Middleton also added the song "Come Away" from the same play. Here's how the lyrics for Black Spirits go:
HECATE: Black spirits and white, red spirits and grey,
Mingle, mingle, mingle, you that mingle may.
Titty, Tiffin, keep it stiff in.
Firedrake, Puckey, make it lucky.
[Liard], Robin, you must bob in.
Round, around, around, about, about,
All ill come running in, all good keep out.
FIRST WITCH: Here's the blood of a bat.
HECATE: Put in that, oh, put in that.
SECOND WITCH: Here's libbard's bane.
HECATE: Put in again.
FIRST WITCH: The juice of toad, the oil of adder.
SECOND WITCH: Those will make the younker madder.
HECATE: Put in; there's all, and rid the stench.
FIRESTONE: Nay, here's three ounces of the red-hair'd wench.
ALL: Round, around, around, about, about,
All ill come running in, all good keep out.
Pretty silly eh?

How have Macbeth and Lady Macbeth reversed roles by the end of the play?

In Act 1, Lady Macbeth is the planner, the one who is dragging her reluctant husband into committing one murder. But by Act 4, Macbeth commits murder after murder and Lady Macbeth is the reluctant one, nauseated and consumed with guilt by the bloodshed. The roles actually reverse much earlier in the play, when Macbeth kills the grooms. That was not in Lady Macbeth's plan, and she is horrified by it.
