Anyway, deceased authors do not write books, only the living write books. (Or at least, if the deceased are writing books in heaven, those books have not been published on Earth.) And while it is amusing to pretend that the Necronomicon is a dangerous book (which is certainly what Lovecraft pretended) the reality is, this is just a fantasy. No one should actually fear the product of Lovecraft's fertile imagination.
