Dynamic Character
a round character is a character in a story that changes his/her personality or actions as the story unfolds. a flat character is the opposite. (:

Homer Barron is a static character (or character who doesn't change throughout the story). Interestingly, Homer is presented as a minor character who plays a major role. Homer never changes and his features are presented directly throughout the story. Homer tends to fade away in the story and is eventually killed, removing him from the story until the end.

?
A dynamic character is one who changes as a result of the events of the story. This change can be in attitude, beliefs, behavior, or other aspects of their character. Dynamic characters are often central to the development and resolution of the story.
Tell the story without that character. If the story line is still strong the Character is not significant.
