Montag tells Faber that they were going to plant books in firemen's houses and turn in alarms on the firemen. So that it would cast suspicion on all the firemen.
Montag asks Faber for help understanding the books he has been stealing and hiding. He seeks guidance on how to make sense of the knowledge contained within the books and how to use it to help society.
Faber reads to Montag because he reatins knowledge even when heis sleeping. and Faber himself finds the words of the bible comforting and helps himself be assured that he is doing the right thing in rebelling against the government and the mindlessness of mass culture by keeping the books and saving the material.
Beatty has created what Montag is: a monster. Though Montag fights to free himself of his basterdly ways, he is unable to change who he once was. Beatty is the Tygers "maker"

In the novel "Fahrenheit 451" by Ray Bradbury, Guy Montag burns down his house in Part 3, specifically on pages 110-111 depending on the edition you have. It is a powerful and pivotal moment in the story as Montag takes a drastic step to defy the oppressive society he lives in.
In part 3 of Fahrenheit 451, television is used to create a distraction and manipulate the public perception of the situation. The chase of Montag is broadcasted on live television, turning it into a form of entertainment for the masses while also portraying Montag as a villain to rally public support against him. Television serves as a tool for control and manipulation by the government.

The reader never sees the interaction between Mildred and the firemen, only Guy's reaction to seeing Mildred (pg 114; or a couple paragraphs into part 3). Montag kills Beatty (pg 119; or about 7 paragraphs into the 2nd break into part 3).

Early in the novel, the Mechanical Hound growls at Montag, hinting at a future conflict between them. Beatty warns Montag that the Hound is never wrong and is capable of sensing any deviation from the norm, setting up a battle of wills between Montag and the Hound. When Montag becomes increasingly disillusioned with society and its reliance on technology, it sets the stage for a showdown with the Hound, which represents that same oppressive technology.
