Benvolio is speaking to Mercutio at the end of Act 2, Scene 1 in Romeo and Juliet. They are discussing Romeo's sudden disappearance, as he has climbed over the wall into the Capulet's garden.

There are five scenes in Romeo and Juliet which are scene 1.
The only person Romeo kills is Tybalt.
At the end of Act 2 scene 1, when Romeo does not appear, Benvolio concludes that he "means not to be found". In other words, he thinks that Romeo is hiding.
Tybalt calls Romeo a "villain" in Act 3, Scene 1 of Romeo and Juliet.
In Act 1 Scene 5, Romeo's dream (near the end of the scene) is him predicting his own future. He dreams that something bad is going to happen to him. Romeo isn't in Act 4. Hope I helped!!

He doesn't. Mercutio is not in that scene, and Benvolio and Romeo do not part company.
Romeo is feeling cheerful at the beginning of scene 1 act 5 because he has just married Juliet in secret and is anticipating their future together. He believes that their love can finally bring an end to the feud between their families.
