After Lennie and George meet Curley's wife for the first time George says to Lennie
" Jesus, what a tramp"(pg.33)
He later turns to Lennie after Lennie says that he finds her "purty" (pretty) and tells him to stay away from her.
"Listen to me you crazy bastard," he said fiercely. "Don't you even take a look at that bitch. I don't care what she says and what she does. I seen 'em poison before, but i never seen no piece of jail bait worse than her..."(pg. 33)
"Well you keep away from her, 'cause she's a rattrap..."(pg. 34)
curley's wife tells Lennie that "You are nuts , but you kinda nice fella".
She tells him about how she was offered a place in the "movies". Read the book?

George. After Lennie accidentally killed Curleys wife and went to hide in the brush (a place where George and Lennie agreed to meet in case of trouble) Curley and the guys set out to kill Lennie for what he did. George, not wanting Lennie to die like that, told Lennie the story of the house they planned on having. while telling Lennie he shot him in the back of the head.

Curley's wife died, so now Lennie will be in trouble and then their dream of the farm will be no more. Candy therefor won't be able to work on the farm with George and Lennie.
Lennie is initially captivated by Curley's wife and sees her as somebody he can talk to and confide in. However, he eventually becomes afraid of her when she starts to show her flirtatious side, as he is worried about getting into trouble by angering George.
After accidentally killing Curley's wife in "Of Mice and Men," Lennie flees to a nearby hiding spot in the brush by the Salinas River where George had instructed him to go if he ever got into trouble.
