This is where it is used in the play: Romeo says this in Act 1 Scene 4:

I fear, too early: for my mind misgives

Some consequence yet hanging in the stars

Shall bitterly begin his fearful date

With this night's revels and expire the term

Of a despised life closed in my breast

By some vile forfeit of untimely death.

It means fears. We use this nowadays when we talk about having misgivings: "I have serious misgivings about investing money in your shady scheme." To misgive is to have vague concerns. It's saying "something about this doesn't seem right."
