Schools are usually named after famous people or landmarks. You could call your school George Washington High School, for example, or Mountainview Elementary. Sometimes, they're just named for the area, as in Webster Street Middle School.

Just name it after your school, or something your school good at, its a waste of time calling it something that no-one cares or knows about.
You're trying to do this backwards. The title comes last, because it comes from what you've written. Finish your story and the title will come to you as you write it.
