I assume you mean the male equivalent of a lady's maid? That would be a gentlemen's gentleman. Or a manservant.

Men are seldom maids, per se, though they are often workmen (who do wash windows and such, in addition to fixing things and other...male-oriented-by-appearance jobs) or butlers.
