No, the author of the Gregor Series, Suzanne Collins, has stated that there will not be a sixth book. As for whether Gregor went to Virginia, in the fifth and final book, "Gregor and the Code of Claw," Gregor does end up leaving the Underland to return to Virginia with his family.
