The four parts of a plot, in order, are exposition, rising action, climax, and falling action. The exposition introduces the characters, setting, and background information. The rising action builds tension through conflicts and complications. The climax is the turning point, followed by the falling action, which leads to the resolution of the story.

The last two pieces of a plot are the falling action and the resolution. The falling action occurs after the climax and shows the consequences of the climax, leading towards the resolution where the main conflict is resolved and loose ends are tied up.

a falling action, in my opinion, would be after they reached the climax (finding one eyed willies ship) which is when they defeated the Fortellis for the last time and went home to find the jewels they had left to save their house.
Ah, the falling action in "The Last Olympian" is when the battle between the demigods and the Titans comes to a close, and the heroes start to recover and rebuild. It's a time of reflection, healing, and tying up loose ends after the intense climax of the story. Just like in painting, the falling action helps bring a sense of resolution and peace to the narrative.
I don't think you're understanding the term properly. Conflict means tension. There's no list of "Put the conflict here and then put something else" when you're writing a story. Conflict must come throughout the story, right up to the climax, or your story is boring.
The falling action occurs after the climax in a plot diagram because it shows the events that happen as a result of the climax. It helps to resolve the conflicts that were introduced earlier in the story and leads towards the resolution or conclusion. Placing it towards the end allows for a natural progression towards the story's ending.

A climax is 1: a series of ideas or statements so arranged that they increase in force and power from the first to the last 2: the highest point In terms of literary works, the climax is the major action of a story, the event to which the rising action has been leading. An example would be when Gene jounced the limb, knocking Finny out of the tree in A Separate Peace.

The rising action of "The Last Invisible Boy" involves the main character, Finn Garrett, discovering that he has the ability to turn invisible and using this power to uncover a sinister plot within his high school. As Finn delves deeper into the mystery, he becomes entangled in a web of secrets and danger that culminates in a thrilling climax.
