While preparing the train ride, his friend's corpse and a gun box get mixed up because thy appear to be in the same kind of boxes. The narrator doesn't know that there is a mix up. While on the train, a extremely fatal odor lingers through the train. Peole begin to believe that this smell is coming from the dead corpse in the large box. when in reality, there is actually a rotten roll of cheese aboard the train that's causing this stench. All in all, the narrator and some passengers end up dying from this odor and the corpse was never returned to the parents of it
