Well there are a lot of things that they say in that part, but one of the ones that stood out to me the most is "Let the dead bury the dead." Heck Tate says this to Atticus.

Also, Scout says to Atticus at one point, "'Well, it'd be kind of like shooting a mockingbird, wouldn't it?" in a reference to the title.
