The Ghost was of Scooges past. Their role was to bring to mind scenes of teh past, good and bad taht had effected Scrooge in later life and drew Scrooge to realise what he had and what he had then given up
The three spirits that visited Scrooge on Christmas Eve were the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come (or Future). Each spirit showed Scrooge different aspects of his past, present, and potential future to teach him the importance of kindness and generosity.
The first spirit of Christmas came at one a.m.
Because the Present Christmas was coming to an end and a new Christmas was to come. Therefore the Ghost was coming to the end of its life as "the present" and would soon become a Ghost of Christmas past
To show Scrooge images of his own past, the good and the not so good time he had and to make him see what he has to be grateful for
There were four spirits that visited Scrooge that night: the Spirit of his dead partner Marley; the Spirit of Christmas Past, who "took" Scrooge back in time to Christmases--both good and bad--when Scrooge was younger; the Spirit of Christmas Present, who "took" him to his nephew Fred's home and the Crachit's home, to show him how joyously they were enjoying the season, in spite of being poor; and the Spirit of Christmas Yet to Come, who "took" him into the future to scenes relating to Scrooge's own death. Scrooge convinced the last Spirit to leave by promising it he would change.
In the book Touching Spirit Bear, Cole celebrates Christmas by spending time with his family, exchanging gifts, and enjoying a meal together. He also reflects on his actions and strives to make amends for the harm he has caused in the past.
In "A Christmas Carol," the spirit and Scrooge touched the ghost's robe or a special object like a ring or staff to move through space and time to different locations. This allowed them to witness various events and scenes related to Christmas past, present, and future.
i don't think so christmas about family Answer #2: Not at all, Christmas is celebrated now more than ever. Traditionally, Christmas was not the biggest holiday of the Christian calender, that was Easter. What we call "Christmas Spirit" developed from the tradition of giving gifts, which includes Boxing Day, the day after Christmas, when gifts were given to the poor. Was this spirit stronger in the past? Christmas was more about Jesus Christ in the past. Look at how carols have changed from "God rest ye merry, Gentlemen" to "Baby it's cold outside". Now it's more commercial. The modern Christmas didn't replace the old one, it just piled up on top of it.

The spirit of Christmas Present started out as a pleasant laughing spirit. By the time he is finished the tour with Scrooge he is angry and no longer laughing.
The Spirit of Christmas Present dies because he only has a limited amount of time to exist. As the embodiment of the Christmas holiday, he represents joy and generosity during the holiday season. Once the clock strikes midnight, his time is up, and he must pass away to make room for the next spirit.
