This is Shakespearian tragedy at its best.
After being assured by the three witches that he was essentially immortal, that he would live a charmed life, Macbeth's desire for power, urged on more so by his wife's desire to be queen, sends him on his grizzly mission. The play places Lady Macbeth squarely in the driver's seat of the skullduggery, and sees them both dead in the end.

Lady Macbeth talked Macbeth into killing his cousin, King Duncan of Scotland, who was a guest in his house at the time.
And then Macbeth asked Macbeth if he confronted Macbeth on killing Macbeth with Macbeth.
The difference is that Lady Macbeth at first wanted Macbeth to kill Banquo and Macbeth was too scared to do it. Later on in the tragedy, Lady Macbeth gets haunted and gets mentally ill and Macbeth keeps on killing people.
In Shakespeare's play "Macbeth," the idea that people should be killed originates primarily from Lady Macbeth. She is the one who convinces Macbeth to kill King Duncan in order to fulfill the witches' prophecy and secure his place as king.
She helps Macbeth out by tricking him into killing the king. :P

He is already guilty enough from killing Duncan and doesn't want to have more guilt by killing his friend Banquo. he think that the murderers would tell others that macbeth is the one who kill people
Lady Macbeth bascially manipulates Macbeth into killing Duncan by making attacks on his ability to be a man. So, yes, she is the reason why Macbeth goes through with it.
Macbeth kills Banquo in the play and then Banquo's ghost haunts Macbeth.
Actually he starts killing before the play starts. He is a soldier and used to chopping people in half "from the nave to the chops".
