What was the problem in my sister keeper?

If this is the "my sisters keeper" I'm thinking of then the problem here is: That the first child has an illness and the second child is an exact clone of her but with out the medical issues. She was created so that her body parts could be transferred to her sister should that be necessary. The parents love their first daughter and tolerate the second one because of this. the second one however knows that this is her plot in life and she although loves her sister does not want this to her be sole purpose in life. there are points in the story where she does sound slightly bitter her of situation and others where she loves her sister. there comes a time when she is not allowed access to her sister and they sneak around to see each other anyway.
