Tom is always doing something exciting whether it is trying to find cures for warts at midnight or getting the other boys of the town to white wash his fence. Tom is imaginative, sneaky and persuasive. He is also a good show off and an immature prankster. But on the other hand, Tom can be very romantic. especially with Becky Thatcher!

At the end of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Tom becomes a hero. he freed a man who was innocent for murder, but was being accused of it and becomes rich.
