In Greek mythology the Muse of History is Clio (also spelled Kleio)
There is no Muse. The 9 Muses were the daughters of Zeus and the goddess of memory, Mnemosyne. They were the goddesses of knowledge, poetry etc. From them we get the word Muse-um, museum Clio

Clio was not a superhero, she was a deity. She didn't have a specific strength, only a domain over which she had influence. That was the recording of history in her case.
