If this is left alone, the padawan will grow around this. Even if they teach themselves properly and correctly, the Sith would be targeting them. So, it would be very unwise to be a padawan without a master. With this, they would grow and be the worst Jedi. That is why Jedi are careful for these kinds of people. But to my knowledge, there is no record or names.
