Lorries may have deflectors fitted to their cabs to help improve aerodynamics and reduce fuel consumption by reducing wind resistance. The deflector redirects airflow around the vehicle, which can also help to reduce turbulence and noise inside the cab.

A person who drives a lorry is commonly referred to as a "lorry driver" or "truck driver." In some regions, they may also be called "truckers." These individuals are responsible for transporting goods and materials over various distances.
No. The F600 and F150 are entirely different classes of vehicles, altogether. While some components are shared, the cabs are not common between the two.

All trucks are different dimensions - there are long beds (8 ft) and short beds (6 ft). Some of the mega cabs and super crew cabs have 4 & 5 foot beds. You will need to know exactly what truck you are thinking of to get exact dimensions as some are taller and wider than others as well.
Some automobile companies have options to install cabs on trucks when you buy them. I know for a fact Chevy and Ford does this. If you already have a truck you could go to a local dealer (possibly same place you bought your automobile) and get one installed. The Company LEER specifically makes cabs/caps for trucks. You can go their website and see if they have any nice cabs: http://www.leer.com/>
