Why does't Scrooge like his clerk?

Scrooge initially is unfeeling for Bob and treats him with great disrespect. However, he sees how Bob lives, his loyalty and when Scrooge and the Ghost of Christmas Past visit Fezziwig Scrooge remembers how a little generosity from an employer goes a long way

Scrooge neither likes or dislikes his clerk. A working relationship is not a friendship, no president oof any major company eben today is "good buddies" with every employee.

He is disappointed in his clerks desire to get paid for days he does not work and for having a family larger than his salary can provide for.

Scrooge doesn't like his clerk, Bob Cratchit, because he sees him as inefficient, and views his requests for better working conditions or time off as unnecessary. Scrooge values profit above all else, and sees Bob as an expense rather than a valuable employee.
