There are a number of different ways to imagine how the murderers are reacting to Macbeth's speech. When I played the part, the murderers didn't really care whether Banquo had wronged them, because they were hired guns, and as long as they got paid they would do the job. Macbeth was trying to persuade himself that he was a noble person helping people with a just cause and not a sleazebag hiring out a couple of thugs. The thugs were prepared to go along with that as long as they got their pay.

Other productions might take a different perspective.
