BTW. She doesn't sleep with Damon while he is with him as she is only with him for a day.

Im not aware of them hooking up so i dont know what your talking about them hooking up for a day then going back to Stefan. She has never "hooked up" with Damon, not yet. She has always been with Stefan and just recently they broke up due to Katherine getting in the way, not because She liked Damon...

This question really cant be answered because we don't who she chooses until March 15th, 2011 when the next book comes out. Elena has feelings for both Stefan and Damon so there is no real answer yet.
