No. It is one of the worse jobs you can have. They rent the cars from someone or a company, then they have to pay for gas and have the insurance. It is dangerous as well because they do get killed and robbed. If you can do anything else do it. I learned all of this because I needed a night job while doing my student teaching and was a cap dispatcher.
