We're obviously talking about a shoe store, but I assume "brick and mortar" is where the question comes in. "Brick and mortar" is a term used when describing an actual building, such a Just-for-Feet or Hibbett's Sports. It means there is a location that you can drive to and try on the shoes and not just an online retailer.
