But should be illegal.. As I was just charged a huge $20 fee by my GYM when they supposedly tried to charge my GYM Membership and it got declined yet funds where available on my Card so no reason should have been declined. The next day they tried to charge my card and this time it went through so obviously it was a temporary gateway error or something but they are unwilling to waive the fee or anything they are being totally a$$holes... I called bank and they don't even show an attempt on their end they show no decline or anything.
So my opinion on how unreliable systems are people can get falsely charged all the time so this should be illegal.
