Yes. Charge off status does not mean the debt is not owed. It is a term that is used to indicate that the original lender is writing off the debt as a tax loss. The debt can be bought by a third party collector. The collector will use coventional means to seek repayment, such as phone calls, letters. If that is not satisfactory, they may initiate legal proceedings.
The charging or writing off of a debt is only a required accounting entry by the creditor. It does not effect you, or change the amount you owe, or that you owe it.
It does not change any of the legal methods to force collection that were available before making the entry.
All it does is make the creditors accounting statement recognize that an asset (your receivable) that it expected to realize, and already recorded as income, is not going to happen. they are taking the charge to their books for the expense of your not paying, or that it is now considered unlikely you will pay, and the asset does not exist (or in bank terms, is no longer productive).
It does not mean they won't pursue it...in most cases they must. If they get paid (anything or all on it), that amount is considered income and booked as a recovery to replace what they took as a a charge.
Yes, debt settlement companies usually charge a fee. Nothing in this world is free so a debt settlement company does charge. Even though it is ironic it is true.
Because there were never any gold certificates valued lower than $10, I assume your question refers to a bill that's been "enhanced" by the addition of gold leaf and other artistic cues. These are standard $2 bills that are decorated and sold by various private firms as "instant collectibles". To a banknote collector they're considered to be altered or damaged goods and have no added value, but some niche-item collectors may be willing to pay a premium for a well-preserved one in its original case. Generally though the resale market for these items is very poor.
They can charge a commitment fee or a lock fee, most certainly. Not everyone does it but it depends on the lender, it is not uncommon though.
Most likely. The bank might charge you a fee, though.
They (collection agency) would first have to buy the mortgage rights from the original creditor (usually for just pennies on the dollar), before they could take action. Normally speaking though, once a charge off has occured, the chances are slim that a 2nd party would buy those rights due to high risk/low chance of recovery of assets and/or cash as the original creditor has probably already tried applying the max legal pressure (hiring a collection agency) to collect the debt.
Yes. Even though credit cards are considered unsecured transactions, the account holder can be sued by the original creditor or a third party collector for the debt.
Neutrons have no charge, but have mass. This is also true of neutrinos, though the mass is considered negligible for most purposes.
Kirk was in charge of everyone on the Enterprise. He did have admirals that he had to answer to though, and they make up Starfleet Command in the original series.
No though the lenience you may get your first charge won't apply and if you are already on probation then you will face both charges
Yes, there are such things as collector car financing companies. These companies usually have high interest rates though.
Non ionic atoms have no electric charge, even though most of their particles have charge, because the positive particles (protons) balance the negative particles (electrons).
No, you are thinking of Matthew who was a tax collector. Judas, though, was supposedly the treasurer of the group of disciples and therefore could be confused with Matthew as far as money goes.
Collector emittor and control I believe. The configuration depends on the IC though.
Please pay it! It becomes a nightmare. It ends up with bailiffs at your door. If you have left it to late and it has got to that stage, you can fill in forms PE3 and PE2 which are an out of time form and a stat dec send to the court and the TFL will reissue charge at original charge. This forms will though have to be witnessed by a solicitor after you Have ticked the I did not receive notice to owner box!
Yes. It can only play original games with owners of original consoles though.
An molecule with a positive charge is a cation not sure if that's what you mean though.
The Droid Charge. I'd go with the Droid X if I were you though.
