1032 dollar bills = 1 dosage of cocaine. Smoking it wont do any good. There's a way to get cocaine off of money, but I'm pretty sure that it's illegal for me to say how.

You will need to seek professional certification for your coin, especially if it has been cleaned in some way. Unfortunately cleaning almost always reduces the value of a coin.Ordinarily an 1894-O Morgan dollar in that condition would be a very rare and prized piece worth potentially well into 5 figures. If someone cleaned it they could have chopped a digit or more off that amount. (groan!!)
can i get a grant to get a house do repairs and payy off bills
IF it's genuine, the fact that it was cleaned knocked a good chunk off its price. Without being cleaned, it was probably worth anywhere from $1100 to $4500 depending on condition. However .... the market has been flooded with fake 1799 dollars so you may have lucked out in that it possibly was never worth much to begin with. You'd need to have it evaluated in person to know for sure.

They're as real as Santa Claus bills, Easter Bunny bills, ... i.e. the bill they were made from is real, but the Elvis picture isn't. The only official US product that has ever been printed with a picture of Elvis was a commemorative stamp. They're novelty items made by taking an ordinary $1 bill and pasting a picture of Elvis (or anyone else) over George Washington's image. If you peel off the Elvis picture you can spend it (as 1 dollar, of course).
Ideally storm lines should be cleaned yearly, normally in the fall when the leaves have fallen and the drainage system should be cleaned to allow the run off of rain and snow
