A saleman is an individual that is employed in a certain area of an organisation to ensure that they assist clients to buy products. His/er duty is to inform on the product they are interested in giving info on such products as well as inform them on an even better product and to ensure that a customer is satisfied with the product and well informed on the after sales service so they maintain a relationship and retain a regular customer.
