Does the Standard Credit Union Bank exist?

I was first contacted by a Mr. Richards Daniels of the UNCP stating that I was receiving a grant for $500,000. I would be contacted by the Standard Credit Union On-Line Bank who would make the transfer..located in London, England. They first wanted $231 to open an account, then they wanted now showing up as Nelson Powell to give them $400USD for some Certificate, then they wanted $627 for an activation code to transfer the funds, then they wanted $500 for someone to bring me the check because their e-mail was not working. Now, tonight after three (3) hours on the telephone with them, they want $4,959 as a COT that is to change the money to American before they will send it to me. Someone somewhere somehow needs to stop these people. I later learned Mr. Robert Daniels was also the Richards Daniels and the Nelson Powell. There is a Bill Gun, supposedly the manager for this On-Line Bank, who talked with me tonight and send me three (3) different e-mails. At first, it was I put it in wrong, then it was that maybe I did not get the correct information, and then, all of a sudden, they remembered the Code of Transfer effective since 1968 he said and it would cost me 3,200 GBP or $5,000 USD and he would only give me a week to tell him where I was going to get it from.
