I've been trying to find the answer to this question for a week, with no luck. I applied online for a personal loan with BMSE Financial, and was "pre-approved". Since my credit is less than perfect, I was told that I would be required to pay a 10% deposit before the loan would be issued. RED FLAG!!! Although everything looks legit, I've done some checking. They are not listed with the BBB, local phone companies, nothing on the web except for their site. The website lists they are located in Vancouver, British Columbia. ___________________________________________________________________________ This is a TOTAL SCAM. I applied for a loan was pre approved and sent the $600 I was asked to then, no money. I have reported them to the RCMP, OPP and the BBB.
