To transfer money from your NRE account to your US bank account, you can use services like wire transfers or online banking platforms provided by your bank. You will need to provide the necessary details such as your account information and the recipient's bank details to initiate the transfer. Fees and exchange rates may apply, so it's important to check with your bank for specific instructions and charges.
To clarify, I owe money at US Bank for a defaulted credit card with them. I have a TCF checking account. If I try to deposit a check made payable to me, and that check happens to be a US Bank check, can US Bank seize the check made payable to me even if I deposit it into my TCF checking account? Not sure if they will see that US Bank funds are made payable to me from someone else's account. Any insight would help! Thanks!
Bank Overdraft is a facility wherein a bank customer can withdraw more money than what is actually available in his/her account. Let us say I have an overdraft account with ICICI Bank and have only Rs. 5000 in my account, I can withdraw even 15000 or 20000 from my account. I will have to repay this money that I took from them in future or else they will charge me an interest. The bank will also set an Overdraft limit which will define how much money over and above my bank balance I can withdraw.

Your best bet is to have a shared account between partners in the US and Mexico. For example, Citibank is partner with Banamex. Bank of America with Santander. And so on.
Speak with each bank and find out the information that is needed to do a transfer. It is likely to be similar to what you do in the states: provide the outgoing bank with the routing number the account number of the bank you want the money transferred to. You can also provide a written check. There may be limits to the amount of money you can send due to controls over money laundering.

U.S. Bank does not currently have any high interest savings account. The highest paying account the bank currently has is 0.85% in a money market savings account. The highest yield available at US Bank (for a savings account) is the Package Money Market Savings account with yields up to 0.85%. This account must be opened with a US Bank Silver, Gold or Platinum checking account.
Yes, you can.

MT Stands for Money Transfer in banking terms. A Money Transfer is a transaction wherein money is transferred from the bank account of one customer into the bank account of another customer. For Ex: let us say I owe you Rs. 5000/- which I borrowed last month and I know your bank account number. I can just login to my bank account and transfer the money to your account using the MT facility

If you have an ATM card you can use it at an American bank. It will take the money out of your UK account, charge you fee, and give you American dollars in return at the current exchange rate. You can also go into a bank and get dollars through an exchange of pounds from your bank. Again, there will be a fee. I did this while in Europe in the opposite direction. Took money from my American bank account to get Euros in the country where I was on tour.
