The first known Christmas club started in 1909, when Merkel Landis, treasurer of the Carlisle (Pennsylvania)Trust Company, introduced the first Christmas savings fund. The club generated 350 customers who saved about $28 each, and the money was disbursed on December 1 of that year [1]. The January 2, 1920, edition of the Belvidere, Illinois Daily Republican announced that the town's State Farmers Bank was encouraging parents to enroll their children in the Christmas Banking Club "to develop self-reliance and the saving habit."
To open a club bank account, one first needs to have a club. You then have to visit a bank with loads of ID about the club and what it is for and have a valid reason for needing the bank account.

The main purpose of a soccer (or football) club is to organize, develop, and promote its team (or teams).
PEP means: preschool enrichment program. So a pep club is a club ment to help young children to develop social skills. How they do that, is fully up to the club. It is well known in the Netherlands.
Yes, it probably is legal (it is in my state) if the activity is a club, like cheerleading or football or band etc. where part of the deal in signing up for the club is that you agree to help with the fundraiser so you can get uniforms or travel or whatnot. If the fundraising has nothing to do with the activity - like if it was an all-school fundraiser with a non-specific purpose and no sign-up "I agree to.." thing signed and they won't let you go on the science class field trip, then no, it isn't legal.
Visit the local Zoo, volunteer at a local rescue, have doggie play dates if a lot of you have friendly dogs, have a fundraiser (car wash, bake sale, etc) and donate the money to a charity that helps animals, you could do the fundraiser but each person in the club has to submit their best drawing of their favorite animal and make sure the paper is at least printer paper if not much bigger and have the drawings/paintings be the art for sale, or you could just have an animal drawing day. There are lots of things you can do.
i thought the club was good when i played for them. They really helped me develop as a player. I met a lot of new people. Overall, Chicago's Finest is a good club. You should definitely try this club!!
