Assuming you mean sell shares of your company to raise funds:
First off there are Four (4) "Standards" which determine which aspect of the Deutsche Borse you can be listed on. From most prestigious to simplest they are Prime, General, Entry and First Quotation. Assuming you mean the easiest way to sell shares on the Frankfurt Exchange (AKA Deutsche Borse):
(and please keep in mind this is only a basic outline, written succinctly for the sake of space)
Create or currently own a company.
Company must have 35 shareholders. Shares can be "gifted" to meet the requirement in some circumstances.
E$250,000 must be in or have gone through the company since inception.
Send required proper prospectus to BAFIN (Regulatory Agency for approval) (E$4k - E$8k)
Approved BAFIN prospectus with ISIN # brought to Deutsche Borse with fees (10k - 20k)
A listing partner is compulsory - The listing partner will take your completed prospectus to the Deutsche Borse completing the "Listing" process. You will now have a "symbol."
At this point you are formally listed however - this doesn't mean the market is going to rush to buy your stock. Liquidity will be an issue.
If you are fortunate you will have a designated sponsor - hard to find, and will dig into your shares, warrants and cost $, but they (Hopefully) bring liquidity. (However not a requirement for the "Listing")
You can also go on various "Road Show" tours in the hopes of attracting investment. The Exchange holds two trade shows to assist as well.

No, you cannot sell shares of a private company on a public stock exchange. Private company shares are typically sold through private transactions or to a limited group of investors.
Stocks or Shares are created by businesses when they incorporate; this is denominated the Primary market. In order to sell their shares to investors, and the public in general (the secondary market), the corporation must be registered with the Stock Exchange. Stockbrokers, who are members of the stock exchange, are the ones who sell (and buy) registered stocks.
