Same situation. I filed complaints with the Attorney General of PA, Better Business Bureau and local tv station. I filed against LA Fitness which tookover the Bally's in PA and tossed the lifetime members. Will refile against Bally's based on their response to my complaint with them. Aside from Bankruptcy, I don't understand how a company can violate the terms of a contract without consequence.
