Assuming you have a bill from the 1920s, essentially nothing. These enormous-denomination bills were issued by the Weimar Republic in an effort to keep up with hyperinflation, and became worthless within a few days of release as prices skyrocketed hundreds of percent daily.

Depending on the date some of these bills sell for a couple of dollars - please post a new question with the date. It'll be something that looks like <day> <month> <year> where the day and year are given in standard numerals and the month is in German. It'll look a lot like the English name; e.g. Marz = March, Oktober = October, etc.
