I would make a plan which includes the dates due, what you have to do and who the work is for. You also have to prioritise things like what work is due in first and cancel any plans that may effect your workload. If the work load is too excessive then you need to speak to your superior and ask if there is anything that they can do to lessen the amount of work or extend the deadline.
