We can say that if the FITTEST is living in our society and he/she successfully leading his / her way through the ways of life , then it will be a inspiration for others to be like her/him.
An effective team I managed was at a chain restaurant. As manager, my responsibilities was to ensure a team spirit and making sure everyone was on the same page and knew what was expected of them.
