Yes, it is possible to put cash on a credit card through a cash advance. This allows you to withdraw cash from an ATM using your credit card, but it often comes with high fees and interest rates.

It is possible to get a credit card with bad credit, even if you have previously been turned down. Choose a credit card company that allows you the option of securing your own credit card, meaning that you essentially put your own cash into a special account first. You then get your credit card and use your own money as credit. The more money that you can deposit, the more you can charge. This type of secured credit option allows you to build up your credit again, while allowing you the freedom and convenience of a credit card.
Take all your friends out to an expensive resturant. Put it on your credit card (normal charge no cash advance fee). Then have everyone pay their portion of the bill to you in cash. I like to call it the meal ATM :-)
A debit card takes money directly from your account. A credit card takes the money from the credit card company, and the credit card company will bill you in monthly installments until you pay them back (plus interest). A debit card is like paying in cash, without actually having the cash on you. A credit card is similar to taking a small loan.

No, all ATM's need a cash, credit or debit card to dispense cash or use any other function.
no why do you ask because i wanted to know
I sent for a pre-pay credit card. It cost nothing!! Then to put $$ on the card you go to a specified pay center, one closest to me being a cash advance store. There are no annual fee's and no security, so be careful with the card and #. Also it is a good way to help rebuild your credit. Watch out for on-line purchases , also I only put how much I will need for a specific purchase so that if the # gets into the wrong hands there is nothing left on the card!! And it is a Visa.
To put money on your credit card, you can make a payment online, through your bank, or by mailing a check to the credit card company.
