Yes. They are operated by a lot of professionals from the corporate office who obciously do not know how to run a business. They close locations daily and continually operate at a loss. They have a lack of menu identity and continually upset their base. For example in 2007 they constructed a 2million dollar location no expense spared and truley a beautiful spot....in a crack neighborhood in a town with 72% unemployment. Not a smart move. The store while always well run has never turned a profit once.
