Borrow only what you have to(no more no less) and you won't feel the pinch quite as bad. Neither is necessarily better. So after 30 years, you can have $1 million in your Cash Flow account to pay off your home and have a large sum of money for retirement. The Cash Flow account keeps your equity safe and liquid.
